Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management and Training

  • Execute National Account Programs for Branch and Production Managers.
  • Conduct regular visits to branches to review maintenance and asset management.
  • Assist branches in optimizing equipment longevity and safety standards.
  • Work alongside the Safety Manager to ensure compliance with equipment safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Support Specialist for accurate data management.

Capital Efficiency Management

  • Perform annual audits of assets and advise on equipment replacement strategies.
  • Support asset disposal processes and the procurement of new equipment.
  • Oversee the end-of-life procedures for decommissioning assets.

Seasonal Equipment Management (if applicable)

  • Prepare, train, and maintain snow equipment during the off-season.
