Requirements
  • Ability to effectively manage all areas of the automotive sales department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing, and marketing.
  • Ability to forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Ability to hire, train, and effectively lead all new and used car sales associates.
  • Possess strong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers, subordinates, and other management.
Qualifications
  • Work enthusiastically with our employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
  • Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
  • Hires, trains, motivates, coaches, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
  • Build solid rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
