We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide customers with product and service information, identifying and addressing their needs
• Identify and de-escalate customer issues, ensuring a positive experience
• Communicate effectively with clients and company personnel, both verbally and in writing
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
**Requirements:**
• Be able to pass a criminal background check
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be available to work full-time (Monday to Friday)
• Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
