Job Summary

Radias Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner Supervisor to join our Residential Support Services (RSS) program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatment services to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff, ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Coordinate client care, including scheduling medical appointments, completing referrals, and arranging transportation.
  • Assist with client admission and discharge processes, including gathering clinical information and developing treatment plans.
  • Lead weekly staff meetings and ensure the security of the facility.
  • Administer medications according to RSS policy and procedures.
  • Ensure completion of monthly pharmacy medication orders and update medication sheets as needed.
  • Produce and distribute incident reports, as required.
  • Attend agency meetings and participate in clinically oriented groups, as requested.
  • Assist with license requirements and inspections, including posting emergency procedures.
  • Perform client record audits for compliance with DHS and County RSS regulations.
  • Ensure that fire and tornado drills are completed monthly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science or related field, plus 6,000 hours of experience providing clinical services to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
  • OR Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field, with 2,000 hours of experience providing clinical services to adults with SPMI.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
