Electronics Assembler

INIT is seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler II to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling electronic devices according to precise product specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble electronic devices from detailed instructions and conform to strict quality assurance guidelines.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and test electrical devices.
- Operate Selective Soldering Machine and Wave Soldering Machine.
- Perform manual soldering (Rework) and operate SMD/THT Machines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 1-3 years technician experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to distinguish colors, fine circuit detail, and tones.
- Working knowledge of IPC workmanship and soldering standards.
- Working knowledge of ESD procedures.
- Motivated individuals with good attendance, attitude, and work ethic.
