Job Title: Electronics Assembler II

INIT is seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler II to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling electronic devices according to precise product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic devices from detailed instructions and conform to strict quality assurance guidelines.
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble and test electrical devices.
  • Operate Selective Soldering Machine and Wave Soldering Machine.
  • Perform manual soldering (Rework) and operate SMD/THT Machines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • 1-3 years technician experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to distinguish colors, fine circuit detail, and tones.
  • Working knowledge of IPC workmanship and soldering standards.
  • Working knowledge of ESD procedures.
  • Motivated individuals with good attendance, attitude, and work ethic.
