Job Overview

The Leasing Professional will be responsible for executing the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

This role will involve performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction through the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
  • Perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, including showing apartments, processing applications, and conducting lease signings.
  • Provide resident satisfaction through the term of the lease, including responding to resident inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Secure resident lease renewals by providing excellent customer service and promoting the community's amenities and services.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service with great problem resolution skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, a good understanding of basic computer operations, and use of internet programs.
  • High energy person with an infectious personality who thrives in a customer service industry.
  • Passionate about leasing and enjoy helping people find a home.
  • Strive to deliver legendary service and make quality personal to create a great impression with everyone you interact with.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where you are able to showcase your excellent sales skills, strong communication abilities to generate leases and leads, and deliver results.
  • Experience with outreach marketing, with the ability to learn and understand in-place pricing models.
  • Proficient in word processing, property management applications, and leasing management programs.
  • Will also be required to work weekends.
