About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Director to join our team at Trulite. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our customer service support organization and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of customer service or relevant experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years supervisory/management experience in managing and leading a customer service organization of 15 plus resources.
  • Manufacturing experience in a Customer Service Manager role required. Related glass industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
