Physician Engagement Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Engagement Manager to join our team at DaVita, Inc. This role will play a critical part in supporting our nephrologists in achieving value-based targets and objectives.

The ideal candidate will serve as the liaison between physician practices and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and streamlining processes to achieve program goals. This includes improving clinical outcomes, building trust and physician satisfaction, and managing successful relationships with nephrologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with nephrologists to build trust and physician satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders within local integrated networks
  • Implement meaningful process changes to improve clinical and patient outcomes
  • Provide analysis of clinical and operational data to inform QA and QI actions
  • Facilitate behavior change through practice QI teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree- Required
  • Proven track record of building successful physician relationships- Required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a project or program leader within healthcare- Required
  • Experience in value-based payer programs, risk, and successful tactics to improve quality and generate savings- Preferred
