Job Title: Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

The National Museum of Mathematics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial and Administrative Officer to lead its financial and administrative operations. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the museum's financial stability and growth
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Oversee administrative functions, including human resources, facilities management, and procurement
  • Lead the finance and operations team to ensure effective and efficient operations
  • Partner with external partners, including landlords, bankers, and auditors, to ensure successful relationships
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a non-profit or museum setting is a plus
