Position Overview:
As a Respiratory Therapist in our NICU, you will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and infants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care to patients in the NICU, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in respiratory care.
