Industrial Manufacturing Process Specialist

The position of Manufacturing Engineer is a key role in the launch of several new projects over the next several months.
A globally recognized industrial manufacturer has been focusing on process instrumentation and solutions for 100 years.

Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Optimizing manufacturing processes for better efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
- Collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth product launches and resolve issues.
- Maintaining equipment, specifying, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper upkeep of tools and machines.
- Analyzing data to track and report production metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensuring quality by working with quality teams to uphold high standards and address defects.
- Driving improvements through cost reduction and process enhancement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working on design and operations of a shop floor
- Able to use machinery and other tools on the manufacturing floor
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams at the facility
