As a Mortgage Banker, you will be responsible for representing a full range of mortgage financing and generating mortgage and development loans through solicitation of individual consumers, groups, real estate brokers, and builders/developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent a full range of mortgage financing
  • Generate mortgage and development loans
  • Maintain an active call schedule to educate targeted business sources
  • Build and nurture relationships internally and externally
  • Train new real estate agents and brokers in areas of financing, qualifying buyers, and lending guidelines
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree and 2-3 years related mortgage lending experience
  • Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations
  • Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations and learn complex technical information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
  • NMLS required
