We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Cartersville, GA. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM software, and experience working in inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from placement through successful delivery and invoicing.
- Work with colleagues in inventory and production planning to source material for orders.
- Proactively identify and work through changes, rescheduling shipments with customers when needed.
- Maintain a network of contacts within various departments and external vendors.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Outlook, and ERP. Experience working in SAP is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Able to answer customer inquiries accurately and timely.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
