Candidate Profile:
We seek adaptable problem solvers who thrive in a dynamic and collaborative manufacturing setting to join us as Operations Associates within controls. Participants will gain comprehensive exposure to various divisions of our business. Our program is tailored to meet the developmental needs of our associates while aligning with business objectives. The training curriculum spans 24-30 months, grounded in our core values, guiding your career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties of this Early Careers Program Associate include:

  • Gaining familiarity with various programming software platforms.
  • Leading and supporting projects that require electrical and controls expertise.
  • Maintaining data acquisition systems.
  • Creating and editing Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens for operators.
  • Evaluating aging or outdated controls equipment and proposing effective solutions.
  • Reading and updating electrical schematics.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to controls systems.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this program, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, focusing on Electrical, Automation, or Controls.

  • Involvement in student organizations such as Engineers Without Borders, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, or Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers.
  • Experience in volunteerism or similar activities.

Travel Requirements:
Candidates should be prepared to travel up to 40% of the time.
