Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the process of sustaining minimal inventory while adequately addressing customer requirements.
  • Ensure the precision of inventory counts for finished goods, work in progress, obsolete items, and slow-moving stock.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable weekly production schedule.
  • Lead the Sales and Operational Planning Meetings for the Service Center.
  • Generate reports on a weekly, monthly, and as-needed basis regarding materials and capacity planning (both personnel and machinery).
  • Engage in communication with various departments across the organization.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Material Planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, punctuality, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
