Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the process of sustaining minimal inventory while adequately addressing customer requirements.
- Ensure the precision of inventory counts for finished goods, work in progress, obsolete items, and slow-moving stock.
- Develop and maintain a reliable weekly production schedule.
- Lead the Sales and Operational Planning Meetings for the Service Center.
- Generate reports on a weekly, monthly, and as-needed basis regarding materials and capacity planning (both personnel and machinery).
- Engage in communication with various departments across the organization.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Material Planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, punctuality, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
