Caregiver Specialist

AbaCares Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to provide high-quality care to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities.

• Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their dignity and independence.
• Household Management: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Medication Management: Assist with medication reminders and management, ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.
• Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities, ensuring clients' safety and comfort.
• Hygiene and Grooming: Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including dressing, undressing, and feeding.
• Locomotion and Mobility: Assist clients with mobility, including walking, using stairs, and transferring from one place to another.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Compassionate, patient, and reliable; ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently; excellent communication skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
