**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Actuary to join our Personal Lines Auto team at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
**Key Accountabilities**
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining accurate forecasts of premium trends and retention
- Collaborating with business partners across various functions to drive business growth
- Providing expert guidance on retention and other key performance indicators
- Identifying and analyzing data to inform business decisions
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Compensation**
The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
