Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives through data management, content creation, event coordination, and collaboration with our marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of professional experience or recent graduates.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze marketing data to inform business decisions
  • Create engaging content for social media, email, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate events and trade shows to promote our products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Familiarity with Mailchimp
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Attention to detail for data management, proofreading, and consistency
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong writing and proofing skills for emails, social media, and marketing materials
    • Clear verbal communication for interactions with team members, clients, and vendors
    • Customer service experience for gathering feedback and resolving issues
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Time management and ability to handle multiple projects
    • Experience with project coordination, including event planning
    • General administrative skills, including calendar management and meeting scheduling
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving:
    • Creative thinking for generating ideas and participating in brainstorming
    • Problem-solving and initiative in researching solutions
  • Experience & Education:
    • Previous experience, internships, or volunteer roles in marketing, communications, or PR
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
  • Teamwork and Collaboration:
    • Comfort with working in teams and collaborating with various departments
    • Adaptability to take on diverse tasks and adjust to changing priorities
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to work 100% on-site at the corporate office/production plant in Clarksville, TN
  • Candidates must pass a drug screen and satisfactory background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $38,000 - $42,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
