Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator II to join our team at Service Credit Union. As a key member of our IT Applications team, you will be responsible for maintaining the operations and performance of our enterprise IT application systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the deployment, maintenance, and support of our Applications and Business systems infrastructure.
Collaborate with the Manager of Applications and Systems to ensure compliance with corporate and local policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain application documentation, including installation processes, SOPs, checklists, guides, best practices, and procedures.
Provide support to IT Teams with application operational and support tasks.

Requirements:

6 years of experience in a related IT position.
Experience deploying, upgrading, and maintaining business systems and applications.
Experience developing and maintaining SQL and PowerShell scripts/processes.
Understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP) and database structures and operations.
Operational knowledge of creating, renewing, and maintaining SSL/TLS certificates.
Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and various web-based applications.

Education:

Associate's in Information Systems or equivalent preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required.
