Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment.
  • Administer human resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on human resources-related matters.
  • Collaborate with management to communicate human resource policies, procedures, and laws.
  • Manage payroll processing, time and attendance recording, and benefits administration.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records within the HRIS system and prepare reports as needed.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
  • Perform recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Investigate employee-related issues and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • PHR/SPHR certification is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual – Spanish/English.
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
