We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resource Coordinator to join our team at Koch Industries. As the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR-related questions and concerns over the phone and via email, covering payroll, benefits, performance, and more.
  • Assist with recruitment and interviews, send out offer letters, process background checks, and manage electronic onboarding.
  • Provide New Hire orientation, manage orientation materials, and assist new hires with benefits enrollment.
  • Manage and administer wellness programs, including newsletters and monthly communications.
  • Handle time and attendance in HRIS, support employee recognition programs, and assist with Workers' Compensation.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Human Resources Assistant or Coordinator.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with web-based applications and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
