About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled COTA to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to children in their homes, including assessments, goal development, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Active licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Texas.
