Job Overview:

The Senior Healthcare Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of our centers by overseeing clinical teams and implementing business strategies. This position requires strong leadership and clinical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to meet or exceed organizational goals.
  2. Oversee clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
  3. Collaborate with directors to design and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Manage clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
  5. Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to center employees.

Education and Experience Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated healthcare environment required.
  • A minimum of 2 years management experience with direct reports required; in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated environment strongly preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
