Job Description:
A skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist is required to join Constellation Energy's team. As a vital member of our operations, you will perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.

About the Role:
This role involves utilizing multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and roofing, HVAC, and other skills as needed to solve maintenance problems. The ideal candidate will maintain commercial properties by self-performing duties including completing field inspections and performing assigned work orders according to schedule. Additionally, they will obtain necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing field inspections and performing assigned work orders according to schedule. Obtaining necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
  • Attending weekly toolbox safety meetings and utilizing mandatory safety equipment to perform tasks.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, plumbing maintenance, and electrical maintenance.
  • Estimating time and materials needed to complete repairs and communicating with the Manager to provide written quotes for work that cannot be performed within the basic scope.
  • Meets and exceeds Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for internal metrics to measure safety performance, completed field inspections, and effective use of technology.


Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge and demonstrated ability to resolve issues and problems relating to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. They will also have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. A valid driver’s license and 10 years of work experience in the area of heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing are essential.

Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
