Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Climate Control Specialist to join our team at Maintenance Company, the top home maintenance company in NYC.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and be able to install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Repair: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Perform routine preventative maintenance, adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields is required.
  • Familiarity with Diagrams: Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams is essential.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical workload is necessary.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are required.
