Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Assist customers with their rental needs, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information.
- Support branch operations by performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Act as a backup for rental operations, including processing returns, checking in vehicles, and handling customer transactions.
- Market the company and its services to customers, promoting a positive brand image.
- Understand and communicate rental terms, conditions, and policies to customers.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Able to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
