Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in litigation related to Labor & Employment matters.
  • Participate in depositions and court appearances concerning Labor & Employment cases.
  • Handle Class Action Wage & Hour lawsuits.
  • Draft and respond to motions related to Labor & Employment issues.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into Labor & Employment claims.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Mandatory: Active California bar membership.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience as an Associate Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment.
  • Familiarity with practice areas including EEOC, NLRB, and OSHA.
  • Experience focusing on Wage & Hour litigation.
  • Class Action experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
  • Experience in a large law firm environment is advantageous.
