Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to our residents in a skilled nursing facility. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Assist with medication administration and documentation
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • State of Connecticut CNA Certification
  • Proficiency in English
  • Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required
  • COVID-19 Primary series vaccination required
