Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join our Wealth Transition Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting and reviewing legal documents, conducting technical research, and assisting clients with estate planning and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and review legal documents related to estate and business succession planning
  • Conduct technical research on estate planning and compliance matters
  • Assist clients with varying levels of estate planning knowledge
  • Develop and implement estate planning strategies to maximize tax benefits
  • Manage client relationships and business development
  • Prepare and review gift, estate, and fiduciary tax returns
  • Coach and mentor staff
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in transfer tax and estate planning
  • Experience with flow-through entities and private foundations
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Business development and networking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, and/or equivalent experience
  • Active CPA license or law degree (preferred)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000-$165,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, and more.
