The Pacific Companies is seeking a skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our team in a locum tenens opportunity in Oregon. This role offers a unique chance to work in a hospital-based setting, providing consultative services to patients and their families.

Key Details:

  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Shift: Monday-Friday
  • Schedule: 8am-6:30pm with a 30-minute multidisciplinary huddle daily
  • Patients: All adults, hospital-based, inpatient services
  • Scope: Consultative, initial HNP, adjust living and quality of life, create patient plans, medication management, system management
  • Group: Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains
  • Hospital: 454-bed Level II trauma center with 350K service and 500 physician staff
  • Requirements: Board certified in Palliative Medicine, 2+ years of experience
  • May consider candidates without an Oregon license
