Pacific Companies is seeking a skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our team in a locum tenens opportunity south of Portland, OR.

Key Details:

  • Duration: Starting in August and ongoing
  • Shift: Monday-Friday
  • Schedule: 8a-6:30p (Multidisciplinary huddle 30 minutes per day)

Responsibilities:

  • Consultative services for all adults, hospital-based, inpatient services
  • Initial HNP, adjust living and quality of life, create patient plans, medication management, system management
  • Collaboration with Nurse Practitioners, Registered nurses, social workers, and chaplains

Requirements:

  • Board certified in Palliative Medicine
  • 2+ years of experience
  • May consider those without an Oregon license
