Pacific Companies is seeking a skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our team in a locum tenens opportunity south of Portland, OR.
Key Details:
- Duration: Starting in August and ongoing
- Shift: Monday-Friday
- Schedule: 8a-6:30p (Multidisciplinary huddle 30 minutes per day)
Responsibilities:
- Consultative services for all adults, hospital-based, inpatient services
- Initial HNP, adjust living and quality of life, create patient plans, medication management, system management
- Collaboration with Nurse Practitioners, Registered nurses, social workers, and chaplains
Requirements:
- Board certified in Palliative Medicine
- 2+ years of experience
- May consider those without an Oregon license
