PennState Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Unit (CVU) team in Enola, Pennsylvania.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our CVU. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop effective care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in CVU or a related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
