Nurse Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
* Administer medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects
* Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
* Neonatal Intensive Care experience preferred
