Job Title: Staff Nurse - Cardiovascular Unit

Job Summary:

As a Staff Nurse in our Cardiovascular Unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and excellence by reporting concerns and participating in root cause analyses.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in cardiovascular nursing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
