Catholic Charities is seeking a highly experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to join its team. As the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and vision. With a strong background in labor relations, compensation, benefits, employee development, performance management, recruitment, retention, and compliance, you will drive strategic planning activities that enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of broad-based HR operations management experience, including labor relations experience, and a proven track record of managing an HR team. Experience collaborating with leadership to design and implement organization-wide HR programs and processes is essential. A thorough knowledge of employment law, business judgment, and conflict resolution skills are also required.

As the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and development of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), manage budgets and resources, and ensure effective delivery of HR services. You will also develop and implement a comprehensive training program, direct organizational design processes, and collaborate closely with leadership to ensure a safe and secure workplace environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $145,000 - $196,000 annually.
