Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Supervising Professional to join our team at Service Management Group. This role offers a unique opportunity for RNs to work in a regular schedule, Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.

The RN Supervising Professional will be responsible for setting up home and community-based direct care services for clients with complex health needs. This involves assessing client needs and developing personalized care plans to ensure the highest level of quality care.

As a key member of our team, the RN Supervising Professional will also assist in training, supervision, and evaluation of services, as well as ensuring quality assurance of direct care services. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota
  • Experience in healthcare leadership or supervision
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
