Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident health records
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with internal and external healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality care
- Current Minnesota RN license
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
- Previous experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
