About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Valet Supervisor to join our team at Bags, a leading parking provider in the area. As a Valet Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our valet services, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Valet Attendants and Valet Dispatchers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily operation of the valet service, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Supervise and train a team of Valet Attendants and Valet Dispatchers to ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Staff and schedule a busy 24/7 operation, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Store or retrieve guest belongings and assist with luggage as needed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background screening and drug test.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have at least one year of supervisory experience and be familiar with computers.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations, including stairs.
  • Required to enter and exit vehicles of varying heights.

Appearance Guidelines

  • Employees are expected to present a professional business-like image at all times.
  • Mustaches, beards, or goatees are permitted, but tattoos and body piercings are not allowed.
  • Clean and well-maintained uniforms must be worn on shift.
