Diesel Mechanic and Equipment Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other equipment with little or no supervision.
- Perform preventive maintenance services on trucks and trailers to ensure they are safe for operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with complex equipment systems.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
About the RoleThis position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
- A shift premium of $2.50-$3.50 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

- Strong training program, certified as a Continuing Automotive Service Education provider.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 6 years of practical experience in tractor-trailer maintenance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational/technical or certification preferred.
- ASE certification preferred.
- 608/609 certifications preferred.
