Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our workforce development efforts in the North Texas region. This key role will oversee the organization's strategy, operations, and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the Board's mission and vision, regional economic goals, and employment needs of the area's employers and job seekers.
  • Monitor and evaluate operating functions to ensure achievement of contracted performance standards, customer satisfaction targets, and quality service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with established rules, regulations, and policies for multiple programs in an integrated one-stop environment.
  • Act as organizational lead for funding authorities, including federal and state agencies.
  • Maintain knowledge of local, state and national economic and employment trends, unemployment statistics, performance metrics, and labor market data.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce development, public administration, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in progressively responsible roles. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Ambitious individuals who can effectively collaborate, build partnerships, and drive innovation are encouraged to apply. The salary range for this position is approximately $140,000-$180,000 annually, depending on experience.
