Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Team Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #2137. As a General Merchandise Team Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering assistance with merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and removing trash and debris.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs by answering questions, locating items, and making recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
