We are seeking an Automotive Service Attendant to enhance our operations. If you possess a clean driving record, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for automobiles, this role may be ideal for you. As an Automotive Service Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the service areas in our facility. You will facilitate the movement of customer vehicles, provide essential cleaning services, and address customer inquiries with a focus on satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the movement of customer vehicles and oversee vehicle circulation throughout the premises.
- Work closely with service advisors to execute assigned tasks and maintain dealership standards.
- Perform cleaning duties for both the interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring the upkeep of service areas and parking lots.
- Address customer questions with a service-oriented mindset.
- Retrieve parts as required.
- Transport customers and vehicles as necessary.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
