ProMedica Physician Anesthesiology is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at ProMedica Parkway Surgery Center. As a key member of our patient-centric care delivery model, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to deliver anesthesia care
- Perform at or above the standards of care set for superior patient experience in clinical and non-clinical settings
- Navigate multiple information technology platforms and applications to provide and support best practices/protocols, value-based care, and Core Values of ProMedica
- Sign-on bonus of $60,000 with a 4-year commitment
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
