We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital. As a key member of our patient-centric care delivery model, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality anesthesia services to our patients.
Job Summary:The CRNA will work in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for a variety of procedures. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing anesthesia plans, and administering anesthesia to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop anesthesia plans to ensure safe and effective care
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various procedures
- Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest anesthesia techniques and technologies
- Licensed in Ohio as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Active registered nurse in the state of Ohio
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in healthcare and community resources
