About the Role
Remington & Vernick Engineers is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineering Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the design of various municipal or infrastructure projects. Your primary duties will include developing engineering solutions to improve and maintain clients' infrastructure.

Responsibilities
• Design transportation, utility, facility, or hydraulic systems using computer-aided design tools.
• Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, or other topographical or geologic data.

Requirements
• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in groups as well as individually.
