Position Overview:

At Vail Resorts, exceptional service is at the core of our mission, and our Product Sales Team Leaders exemplify this commitment by facilitating the sale of various resort services, including lift passes, lessons, and childcare. Our approachable agents play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Compensation Range: $25.99 per hour
  • Availability: Full-Time Positions
  • Experience Level: Advanced
  • Housing Options: May Be Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current knowledge of resort offerings, policies, and operations, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Oversee daily operations of product sales, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and sales oversight.
  • Assist in the recruitment, support, and training of product sales team members.
  • Evaluate and document team performance and behavior, providing constructive feedback and recognition as necessary.
  • Address guest inquiries, comments, and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Manage and maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or ticket sales.
  • Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Capability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

The expected compensation range is $25.99 per hour. This reflects the pay range we anticipate for this role, with individual compensation determined by various factors.
