Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing
- 5 years of clinical acute care nursing experience
- 2 years of case management experience within the past 5 years
- Knowledge of case management principles and healthcare management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association
- Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) certification
