We are seeking a new FT cashier/valet backup for the South Waterfront campus. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive outlook, always wear a big smile, be calm and courteous even under stress, and provide premier customer service that makes every moment matter for a world on the go.

Responsibilities
  • Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
  • Count and secure cash and/or validations.
  • Make change and issue receipts or tickets to customers.
  • Operate a cash register and calculate transactions.
  • Quote prices for parking services and give directions to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and answer phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the booth and surrounding area.
  • Verify log of shift transactions and compile bank of collected revenue.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or week-ends may be required.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
