Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory
  • Build and cultivate excellent rapport with stakeholders, including hospitals, surgical centers, physicians, and surgical personnel
  • Effectively collaborate with peers to identify mutual opportunities and support customer relationships
  • Be a resource to the surgical team, providing guidance and insight on the product and technical assistance regarding any product-related questions
  • Assess customer feedback for new products or modifications to existing products and report back to R&D, Operations, and Marketing
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of B2B/B2C sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle a high volume of detailed work and the ability to multitask
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
  • Travel will be 50-70% of time
