Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of culinary staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure excellent performance and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food presentation concepts that meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and visual appeal.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
